4,what's your sample policy?
Some existing samples are free or we charge a little for cake tools set,.Regarding custom-made samples,we will charge not above 80$ / model , customers need to bear express fee. it can be deducted from deposit if the official order amount exceeds 1500$
5,What are your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW,FOB,CIF,DDP by sea, DDP by air (exporting port:Guangzhou,China). You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective method.
6.What is your lead time?
For samples and trial orders,usually within 7 working days after receiving your payment.For large orders, 15-25 working days,it mainly depends on your order quantity.
