Q1: Do we need to pay the mold cost again when we reorder next time ?
A1: No, you just need to pay one time if the size, the artwork doesn't change, usually the
mold can be used for a long time.
Q2: Can I get sample of my own design first, and then start the order ?
A2: No problem. The fee of making samples and freight are needed.
Q3 : Do you have stock in sell?
A3:No. We work on OEM orders. That means, size, material, quantity, design, packaging solution, etc. will depend on your requests. Obviously, your logo can be printed on the products.
Q4 : What information should I let you if I want to get a quotation?
A4 -The size of the packaging bag (length x width x height).
- The material and surface handing.
- The printing colors.
- The quantity.
- If it’s possible, please also provide with pictures and design for checking. If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.
Q5 : When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?
A5- The popular ones, PSD, AI, CDR.

Q6 : How do you ship the finished product?

- By plane (4-5 days), from Airport to Airport.
